Interestingly, i have thought of a permutation- combination (mutually exclusive) in the ratings just for fun and not necessarily true.Imagine three persons in a team, given the rating system of 1-2 only and not in hierarchical order of work, the following things may happen
1 11 Start a new Business
121 Someone is not working
122 Someone is either not working or under rated
222 Processes can be improved
The worst can, in a rating system of 1-4, be
444 Close down business :)
Geez.... i never thought appraisals can be fun!!
