I could hack almost anything in the game Township for Android. However I was still not able to expand the land, as there was a population cap and i could not expand it. Until I came up with a small plan to hack it as well. To do the hack, you need to have a rooted phone and GameKiller installed.
Hacking steps:
1. Open GameKiller and search for the population under DWORD
2. Modify all values to a much higher value
3. Expand unlimited lands, as you have much high population now.
