Quickly create multiple defined names at once in Excel

In the earlier example of using natural language in Excel, where we use name ranges; one has to create multiple data names for each of the location and data type. Heres a quick way to do so.
Here is a quick shortcut to create multiple data range at once.

1. Select the data set, including the headers.
2. Click Insert> Name> Create (for Excel 2003 to Excel 2007) or Formula> Create from Selection (in higher version of Excel)

 3. Choose Top Row and click OK.

Open the Name Manager, you will see the various data range with headers automatically created.
Likewise, you can create multiple data range for each column, where you would have to select "Left column" and click OK.
